A We specialize on flowers, fruits and gifts for all occasions. You may
contact us sales@raffiagift.com for further information.
Q How do I use the search function on Raffiagift.com?
A You may search the items from the search bar provided on the screen
according prices, or key in the keyword on the column provided directly.
Q Can I customise my gift?
A Yes. We do provide customise gift services at your request. Just email
us at sales@raffiagift.com for further information. We’ll get in touch
with you to work out your very own creation.
Placing An Order
Q How do I order online?
A Buying flowers online has never been easier! Once you have browsed our
site and found what you like, just click the “buy now” button and you will see
details of the gift and be able to select your desired delivery date &
time. Click the “add to cart” to add the item to you shopping cart or choose
“express checkout” to checkout directly. Click the “check out” button from your
shopping cart and follow the instruction to complete the shopping process.
Q Can I order by fax?
A Yes, kindly print out the fax order form and submit your request to us

Q Can I modify order?
A Yes, you can modify or make changes of your order by notify us at
service@raffiagift.com. Or you may change your information by login to

Q Are the prices listed fixed throughout the year?
A Yes, except during Valentine’s day, Mother’s day and certain holidays
whereby prices of flowers are subject to market price fluctuation.

Q What payment methods do we accept?
A Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payment online.
We also accept cash by direct bank-in to our company account or fund transfer
thru Maybank2u.com. Please contact us for further details.
Q Is Raffiagift.com online payment system secure?
A Yes. All credit card transactions are processed by Commerce Payment
with industry standard encryption SSL(128 Secure Socket Layer), SET, and MOSET.
We are certified as A secure site by Entrust.net
Gift Delivery
Q Where can I send my gifts to?
A All the flowers and gifts are currently available in most of the area
in Malaysia . We will expand our delivery zone in the next future.
Q Is there any charges for the items buy from Raffiagift.com?
A Currently, we offer free delivery for selected area. Please check our
delivery zone for more detail.
Q Can my gifts be delivered immediately after making my order?
A Gift delivery lead time is standard at 5 hours after confirmation of
order. Unless due to some festive seasons or special days such as Valentine’s
day, Chinese New Year, Christmas and public holidays. Please check on our
delivery schedule for further details.
Q What happens if the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery?
A During such circumstances, our delivery man may choose to: 1) We will
call the recipient to rearrange the delivery time. 2) Leave a note on the
recipient's door asking the recipient to call Raffiagift.com and arrange a
convenient time for redelivery. 3) Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and
attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on
their behalf.

your visit. You might be

browser sessions will be maintained. Please consult your network administrator
on this.
Q How do I report technical problems?
